We offer a variety of classes to fit your schedule and fitness level.

 

Zumba

Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.

Total Body Training (TBT)

Mondays
7pm-8pm

TBT is a total body workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses dumbbells and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

TRX Suspension Training

Tuesdays 

7pm–8pm

10am-10:30am (TRX Express)

6pm-6:30pm (TRX Express)

Fridays

10am-10:30am (TRX Express)

TRX training is an all core all the time workout class. The workout contains strengthening, flexibility and cardiovascular bits to keep everyone in constant state of movement.

 

Pressed for time??? Check out TRX Express. This 30 minute class uses the same TRX suspension trainer and your body weight to ensure a fast and efficient workout. At half the time!!!

KickiTZ

Thursdays
7pm-8pm

It’s a fun, action-packed cardiovascular workout that combines martial arts and boxing to heart-pumping tunes. This workout is designed to teach you the basics of REAL martial arts - NOT your typical kickboxing class!!! This workout will help you burn calories, tone up and release your inner BEAST!

 

Zumba Toning

Tuesdays
5:45pm-6:45pm

Using Zumba® toning sticks or light weight dumbbells, you'll work every muscle group while you groove. Along with light-weight upper body resistance, you'll work against gravity or the floor to define your whole body.

Yoga

Wednesdays
7pm–8pm

The Ashtanga Yoga is a modern-day form of the classical Indian yoga. This is an intense athletic and physical form of yoga. Ashtanga Yoga is translated as the “eight-limbed yoga”. It includes meditation, breathes work, concentration, ethical and moral guidelines, postures, and sense withdrawal.

 

Abs

Tuesdays
6:45pm-7pm

Everybody wants better abs! But more than just looks, strong abs help contribute to overall core strength. This class has hit 'em hard abdominal work firming up transverse, obliques, and rectus abdominis. No warm-up included so be ready to work!

TZ Fit Camp

Saturdays (10 week series ~ see schedule for dates)
10am-11am

TZ FIT CAMP is a great way to get into the best shape of your life with the help of a Certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor.... The classes are held all year long, last 60-minutes and is composed of full-body strength training workouts with cardio interval training mixed in. The class is open to all types of fitness levels.
